Restorative pose: Gentle inversion
The last pose that we do before moving into relaxation is legs elevated and resting on a chair.
This is a gentle inversion. Other inversions practiced in yoga are headstand, shoulder stand and legs up the wall.
Practicing an inversion can help with your circulation and aide relaxation.
