    Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site www.joanna-may.com ("our site"). This includes information you provide when registering to use our site, subscribing to our email services and newsletters, booking a course or event, subscribing to our yoga practice videos, or requesting further services. The information you provide to us may include your name, organisation name, address, e-mail address, phone number, photographs, and financial and credit card information.

    We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site.

    If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

    We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them. In such instances, we will notify you of the purposes of this data collection, what information is being collected and how it is being stored and used.

    If you enrol on our courses we may record and retain details of the courses you have undertaken and your achievement.

This will usually only apply to people who register to complete the Staff Wellbeing (Yoga) 6-week course, MHFA Wellbeing (Yoga) 6-week course, Yoga4Health 10-week social prescribing programme and Yoga4NHS 6 week programme.

    You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes, which for Joanna-May Ltd is information about the research and events. We will always inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes. We will never disclose your information to any third party for such purposes.
