Join me on Wednesdays for a weekly lunchtime pause hosted by the Lighthouse Club, The Construction Industry Charity.

We meet on Zoom at 1pm for 15 minutes for a guided session including breathing and the opportunity to sit, decompress and pause during the workday. It’s a great way to re-set.
