Begin Meditating

An introductory four-week course that teaches you about the benefits of meditation and introduces short meditation practices.

Each week we meet together in a group setting on Zoom where we spend 40 minutes delving into different aspects of breath, body and mindful awareness techniques that you’ll get to practice during the session.

You’ll be encouraged to use these practices throughout the course so you can begin to integrate a short meditation practice into your everyday life.
